Job Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITIONS:
Core expected tasks will include (but not be limited to):
- Closely monitor the production lines assigned, resolve, escalate and document downtime.
- Basic line operations including HMI operations, robotics operations, electrode changes, correctly teaching weld tolerances and changeovers.
- Document, tag and return all external repairable components to the main crib so they can be sent out for repair. Document, tag and return unused items to crib.
- Perform maintenance TPMs on all lines and cells and Level 1 maintenance PMs. Maintain maintenance shop 5S.
- Perform rebuilds on components.
Once your CORE expected tasks have been completed you will assist a competent Maintenance Technician with the following:
- Troubleshoot equipment to determine automation stoppage/downtime.
- Remove defective equipment (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, etc.) and replace with rebuilt/new. Start line and verify change was successful.
- Teardown failed equipment (where applicable), clean thoroughly, rebuild, set up and test repaired equipment to ensure functionality.
- Investigate modifications to maintain uptime, improve efficiency and reliability of equipment and its systems.
- Use AIS and 4M to document the details of equipment related issues.
- Make necessary adjustments to parts and machinery to ensure proper production run.
- Basic robotics troubleshooting/programming.
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting.
- Basic electrical circuit troubleshooting.
- Use computerized or manual systems to facilitate root cause analysis.
- Practice good housekeeping (5S) on the shop floor and in assembly cells.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, Associate's degree in Mechatronics or Industrial Electronics preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- 2-3 years experience in a manufacturing facility in a technical capacity

Pay range: $24.71 - $27.60 per hour
