As a Maintenance Assistant you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to maintenance, repair, and general handyman duties. This position requires a combination of basic skills in painting, cleaning, minor building repairs, and general maintenance.

Duties:
+ Painting: Perform painting tasks as needed, including surface preparation, applying primer and paint, and ensuring a neat and professional finish.
+ Cleaning: Conduct routine cleaning of designated areas, including floors, walls, windows, and common spaces. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are consistently met.
+ General Maintenance: Execute preventive maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
+ Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks. Report any safety hazards or concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Position Requirements:
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Proven experience in maintenance, painting, cleaning, or related fields.
+ Basic knowledge of building systems and repair techniques.
+ Proficiency in using common hand and power tools.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
+ Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
