Blue Diamond Disposal has an immediate position available for a Maintenance Administrative Assistant at our site in Mt. Arlington, NJ
Job duties:
Assist the Maintenance Manager with general clerical work, data entry and parts inventory, and running parts to different sites
Complete special projects as assigned by the Maintenance Manager, and all other duties as assigned.
Maintain parts room in accordance with Company policy
All repair order data entry into company maintenance tracking program
Warranty tracking
Requirements include:
1 year of admin experience preferred
Good organization and communication skills
Basic office clerical experience including Microsoft Word and Excel
Inventory management preferred
Parts or supply purchasing preferred
Valid Driver’s license and be able to drive a company truck to pick up parts
Pay for this role will be $22.00/hr
