Job Description:
• Production Support Associate position is within the CAPSS Mainframe Production Support team which supports production environment for 150 different mnemonics at the moment
• The associate should:
o Have 5 years working with mainframe applications development & Production Support using
COBOL, JCL & VSAM.
O Have a good understanding of production support tools such as Abend Aid, CA7.
o Have a good understanding of the various protocols used in transmissions - FTP & SFTP.
o Have excellent communication and written skills.
o Be a self-starter needing minimal supervision.
o Be a team player & Flexible in Time.
o Be able to work in a fast-paced environment in Onshore -Offshoe model.
o Be proficient with Outlook e-mail, Microsoft Lync IM.
o Be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.
