Mailroom Quality Assurance Lead
JOB SUMMARY:
The Multi-Channel Print-Mail organization provides print and mail production, transactional documentation and print on demand services to Conduent clients in the health, retail, public.
The Mailroom Quality Assurance Lead (Print-Mail, Lynnfield, MA) will report to the business Quality Compliance and Audit Manager and will be responsible for activities involving Quality Assurance (QA), Compliance and Regulatory requirements, Training Initiatives, Security related matters and will ensure compliance is maintained for all applicable Corporate and Government guidelines.

You must be a very strong communicator and demonstrate and ability to motivate and influence co-workers and other staff to maintain and deliver results that always satisfies the client’s and business needs.
Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Leads a team made up of Quality Associates.
- Develops, implement and maintains Quality Management System (QMS) programs and initiatives.
- Maintains all required documentation to meet the required security compliance standards and to meet audit control standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Forms, spreadsheets, data analytics.
- Works with Manager Monitoring data collected for all Quality Inspections, tracks data for Quality Spreadsheets and trending of the Client Data and dashboards.
- Performs and documents required monthly user reviews for associate’s access, both data and physical and additional security requirements to meet control objectives.
- leads key process improvement efforts and influences cross-functional efforts to support all Print Mail sites.
- Assists in the development of systematic approaches for assuring high quality services and clear documentation updates, as required.
- Drives continual improvement of products, processes and systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma (or GED) is required, but advanced degree is desired.
- Experience of working in a high-volume digital print mail facility
- Experience of working with teams in a collaborative environment
- Experience of managing a team of associates
- Must possess excellent communications skills (i.e., interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation)
- Must consent to and successfully clear all required pre-employment screenings
- Must be currently eligible to work for any employer in the United States
