Job Description:
Print Operator Job Description:
- As a member of the team, you will be responsible for performing tasks, such as processing Health Care documents, checks and printing transaction statements. Also, will be working with scheduling, warehouse, and operations teams to meet client SLAs.
- Able to handle multiple Printers. Operates our Xerox fleet of printers -288 Nuveras, Versants, Baltoro Ink jet, 157 Nuveras, 1300 c/f Lines and Trivor ink jet equipment.
- Works with FLEX and OOM.
- Performs preventive maintenance and quality checks in order to identify and report malfunctioning issues.
- Documents and communicates all issues to leads and or manager.
- Understands support staff job responsibilities in order to obtain required support.
- Monitors the equipment on an on-going bases to ensure they are operating correctly.
- Understands and follows instructions and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Completes all required documentation.
- Reviews all materials to ensure quality standards are met.
- Addresses troubleshooting issues in order to ensure they are quickly identified and communicated appropriately
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and must be detail oriented.
Insert Operator Job Description:

- Operates our BLUE CREST fleet of inserters – EPICs, PULSEs, MSEs and ad-mark equipment.
- Performs preventive maintenance and quality checks in order to identify and report malfunctioning issues.
- Documents and communicates all issues to leads and or manager.
- Understands support staff job responsibilities in order to obtain required support.
- Monitors the equipment on an on-going bases to ensure they are operating correctly.
