We are growing, and we’re hiring Mailroom Facilities Clerks to join our dynamic onsite team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work, mail handling, and contributing to a fast-paced Facilities team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open, sort, and deliver mail following detailed specifications and compliance requirements.
- Assist with daily check runs, including researching and matching checks to envelopes.
- Support the Client Services Team by supplying check copies and assisting with lookups.
- Assist the Document Control Department with coding and scanning of statements.
- Create air bills for special handling and assist with projects or coverage as needed.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow compliance procedures.
- 2-3 years of mailroom or postal experience preferred.
- Ability to work 100% onsite at the Phoenix location.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime.
