Machinist - Plastics Manufacturer - Upstate New York at GPAC

An accomplished manufacturer is hiring for a Machinist to join their team full time.

CNC Machinist Responsibilities:

• Set-up, adjust, and operate a variety of CNC, lathe and milling machines.
• Read and understand layouts, job packets, and blueprints.
• Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Night shift required sometimes

CNC Machinist Qualifications

• 2-year degree in Machining Technology or CNC Machining trade school preferred.
• Aerospace experience
• Minimum of 5 years of CNC Machining experience.
• Understand tooling requirements to set-up and operate machines.
• Understanding of safety rules and regulations.
