Job Details

Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and maintain a variety of machines including but not limited to CNC, vertical mill, manual lathe, and CMM.
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layouts and procedures.
Responsible for the accurate machining and assembly of parts and projects.
Use machinist tools such as micrometers and calipers to inspect parts and ensure they meet specifications.
Perform routine maintenance on machinery and keep a clean and safe workspace.
Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot problems and improve machining processes.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Machinist.
Proficient with CNC, vertical mill, manual lathe, and CMM.
Familiarity with Fanuc controls and machining software.
Experience with 5 Axis, Mill, G Code, and other machining processes.
Skilled in the use of machinist tools such as micrometers and calipers.
Solid understanding of blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proven track record of producing high-quality parts and materials.
Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a clean workspace.
