Produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will assemble and inspect product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements.



The salary range for this position is ($61,000 - $76,250). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.



Key Responsibilities





+ Set up and operate various machines with minimal supervision.



+ Operate powered machines, including manual and CNC equipment.



+ Participate in continuous improvement activities.



+ Support the Honeywell Operating System



+ Maintain work area for operation and cleanliness



+ Comply with all safety rules.



+ Record and report production data.



+ Analyze data and production reports



+ Set up and change over equipment





U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS



Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.



YOU MUST HAVE





+ High School Diploma or GED



+ 3+ years of machining





WE VALUE





+ 5+ years’ experience with CNC programming (M-code & G-code), set-up, & operation of manual and CNC equipment.



+ Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints, have a full understanding of the principles and rules used in interpreting symbols, dimensioning, and tolerance.



+ 5+ years’ experience with the use of precision measuring equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, bore gages, CMM, and other measuring equipment.



+ 5 years of Work experience in a machining environment.



+ Ability to demonstrate experience with all machine shop precision measuring equipment



+ Ability to operate powered machines including manual mills, lathes, grinders, saws, presses, etc.



+ Ability to demonstrate thorough understanding of geometric terms, concepts, principle and rules used in measurement and manufacturing of parts



+ Ability to calculate tolerances and dimensions.



+ Ability to handle heavy tools and fixtures (with assistance if needed).



+ Ability to promote and encourage teamwork and team building
