Job Title: Machinist

Role Overview: We are seeking experienced Machinists to set up, operate, and maintain CNC equipment used in production processes. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach and extensive knowledge of CNC machinery, including lathes and mills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and adjust CNC machines for various production tasks.
  

• Perform troubleshooting and resolve mechanical and operational issues.
  

• Monitor machine performance to ensure high-quality parts.
  

• Collaborate with the programming team to implement and follow production schedules.
  

• Ensure a safe work environment and adhere to safety protocols.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Setup Technician.
  

• Proficiency with CNC equipment, particularly Mazak and Doosan machines.
  

• Familiarity with Mazatrol controllers on lathes.
  

• Knowledge of production processes and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  

Competitive Wage: $27–$32 per hour.
