Position Overview: We are recruiting on behalf of our client for multiple technician roles within a manufacturing environment, specifically in the food industry. These positions include Machine Technicians (1st and 3rd shifts), Facilities Maintenance Technicians (day shifts with overtime and Saturday availability), and a Lead Technician for the 1st shift liquid line. Each role is critical in ensuring equipment reliability, production efficiency, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Available Positions and Shifts:
- Machine Technician (1st Shift Powder) - Monday – Saturday, 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
- Machine Technician (1st Shift Powder) - Monday – Saturday, 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
- Machine Technician (3rd Shift Powder) - Monday – Saturday, 10:00 pm - 6:00 am
- Facilities Maintenance Technician - 5:00 am - 3:30 pm, with overtime and Saturdays as needed
- Facilities Maintenance Technician - 5:00 am - 3:30 pm, with overtime and Saturdays as needed
- Facilities Maintenance Technician - 5:00 am - 3:30 pm, with overtime and Saturdays as needed
- Lead Technician (1st Shift Liquid) - Monday 3:00 am - 3:00 pm, Tuesday - Friday 5:00 am - 3:30 pm, Saturdays as scheduled
Key Responsibilities:
Machine Technician:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on production equipment.
- Conduct machine tear-downs and rebuilds.
- Validate and verify new equipment installations.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on production equipment.
Facilities Maintenance Technician:
- Ensure facility and equipment maintenance with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
- Support facility projects, including equipment installation and maintenance.
- Ensure facility and equipment maintenance with a focus on safety and efficiency.
Lead Technician (1st Shift Liquid):
- Provide leadership and supervision to technicians, ensuring adherence to production goals and safety standards.
- Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and emergency repairs.
- Act as a point of contact for operational issues on the liquid line.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing environment within the food industry (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in a lead or maintenance supervisory role (required).
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing environment within the food industry (preferred).
Skills:
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations.
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance, machine tear-downs, and rebuilds.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years in mechanical systems and controls in industrial settings, with 2 years in manufacturing processes. Hands-on expertise in hydraulic troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial rolling mill equipment (mills, rolls, drive components, etc.). Familiarity with aluminum, steel, or paper rolling is highly preferred.
