Machine Shop Helper/Laborer at Accentuate Staffing

Responsibilities:

• Machine Shop Helper will assist in the operation of CNC Machines and other shop equipment.
• Perform grinding, polishing, sanding, and caulking tasks as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials and products.
• Complete tasks efficiently and accurately within given timeframes.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a machine shop environment or construction/carpentry environment preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
• Ability to take accurate measurements and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials when necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Trade or Technical school a plus
