Machine Operator - Electrical Automation Services

Responsibilities

• Verify that machines are set up properly.
• Perform quality checks and maintain detailed documentation for quality control.
• Change over equipment as necessary.
• Clean work area and check downstream equipment for issues.
• Follow daily schedule and perform required checks.
• Conduct neck dimension checks once per shift.
• Perform material distribution checks once per shift.
• Execute drop tests every 2 hours following procedures.
• Troubleshoot packaging equipment in a timely manner.
• Clean blowmolder, grinder, and grinding room.
• Notify Shift Supervisor of any machine-related issues.

Requirements

• Relevant experience as a Machine Operator.
• Basic mechanical skills and aptitude.
• Knowledge of 5S practices.
• Ability to climb stairs, sit and stand for long periods.
• Ability to type for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.

Nice-to-haves

• 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator (Preferred).
