Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Machine Operator (Thermoforming) to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Huntersville, NC.

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Consistently and safely operates machines at or above standard levels of operation including waste, quality, efficiency and utilization.
• Trouble shoot, identify quality defects and correct machine related problems through proper adjustments to various parts of the machine.
• Must be able to multitask and work in a multitude of machines during a shift.
• Provide innovative solutions for production issues.
• Provides support and guidance to less experienced personnel.
• Completes appropriate shift paperwork, accounting for crewing time, machine time, and production quantities.
• Able to inspect and recognize defective product and make machine adjustments to correct cause of defects.
• Observes all housekeeping, standard work and safety guidelines.
• Mechanical aptitude, demonstrated problem solving skills and effective communication skills - written and verbal are required.

• The position requires constant standing, walking, pulling and reaching. Bending, twisting, stooping, stepping up and down, and lifting up to 25 lbs. are frequent. Pushing and lifting up 25 - 40 lbs. Must be able to stand for 12 hour shifts.
• Maintains good housekeeping practices, and must maintain all GMP standards with the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to complete basic mathematical calculations and follow standard work instructions.

We need you to have:

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience
• Must be highly motivated, energetic, and a team-player with effective interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain a good attendance record.

Icing on the cake:

• High School diploma or GED
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience with industrial machine in thermo forming.
