Machine Operator - Swing Shift - Spherion

Spherion is currently seeking skilled Production Operators to join our team. As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process of nonwoven fabrics. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working in factories and a strong work ethic.

This position's schedule is a swing shift. You can expect to work both days and nights, 12 hour shifts, and have a full 7 days off in a row each month!

Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor machinery used in the production process
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product quality and consistency
Conduct quality checks and inspections on finished products
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Skills:
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting
Strong attention to detail and quality
Good communication skills

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for a full 12 hour shift
High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of experience working in factories, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Flexibility to work a 12-hour swing shift schedule, including nights and weekends
