MACHINE OPERATOR - OpSource Staffing

Opsource Staffing of Spartanburg is currently looking for Machine Operators for a local BMW supplier, located in Spartanburg. This position is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking stability and growth in their careers within the automotive industry.

Pay rate: 

• $19hr. 

Shifts: 

• 2nd shift-Mon-Friday 2:30pm - 10:30pm

Job Functions:

• Perform work as assigned by the department team leader.
• Comply with working instructions.
• Address problem situations quickly and notify team leader or management immediately.
• Meet productivity requirements, commit to and produce quality work.
• Attach appropriate labels and tags to identify products throughout production processes.
• Pack finished goods into correct boxes or racks as applicable.
• Perform operator machine maintenance as specified in work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

Qualifications:

• Ability to use computers for work-related tasks.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Understanding of manufacturing, process, and quality systems.
• Manufacturing experience is required.
