We are expanding our team and inviting motivated individuals to join our Manufacturing and Warehouse team.
Our Manufacturing division has recently integrated new programming processes for our CNC Machines, Lathe Machines, and Vertical Machines into our production process, which has created an increased demand for skilled professionals. We are currently seeking qualified candidates for full-time positions as Machine Operators and CNC Programmers at our Roseville facility. This is a Monday to Friday position with occasional overtime, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Machine Operator or CNC Programmer, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and operating Lathe Machines, Vertical Machines, and CNC Machines to produce high-quality components.
- Monitoring machine performance, making necessary adjustments, and performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal machine functionality.
- Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy, making any required adjustments to meet specifications.
- Collaborating with the production team to meet production quotas and deadlines.
- Contributing to a clean and organized workspace and adhering to safety practices.
Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Previous experience operating Lathe Machines, Vertical Machines, or CNC Machines is preferred but not required; we are willing to provide training to candidates with a strong work ethic and motivation to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
