We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operators for 1st and 2nd shifts to join our production team. The ideal candidates will have experience operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment, ensuring production goals are met with a focus on quality and safety. This role requires adherence to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) compliance, so candidates must meet eligibility requirements.

• Operate and monitor machinery to produce components according to specifications and production schedules.
• Perform machine setups, adjustments, and maintenance to ensure efficient operations.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications using measuring tools.
• Maintain accurate production records, including material usage and output.
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and collaborate with maintenance teams for repairs when needed.
• Follow all safety protocols, operational procedures, and ITAR compliance requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve any production-related issues.
