Machine Operator - The Bay Family of Companies

The Machine Operator runs the laminator machine and provides basic adjustments as needed. This person will work with all facings, fiberglass, and tab combinations. Follows all safety procedures and understands safety equipment. Responsible for quality of all rolls including, but not limited to tabs, glue usage, poly usage, roll length, and labeling of rolls as needed. Directs activities of General Labors to keep production running efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Enter information on production forms.
• Operate laminator machine.
• Perform compliance testing.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Performs forklift operations as needed.
• Will be required to perform all other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of production or warehouse experience, preferred.
