Machine Operator/Molder - Labor Solutions, Inc.

• We're looking for skilled machine operators to join the team! 

• Loading and unloading parts from the molding oven. 
• Check the schedule and oven programs for accuracy.
• Ensure the quality of the parts that are produced before being transferred to another department for trimming.

• Able to lift to and including 50 pounds
• Stand on your feet at least 8 hours a day
• Withstand a hot manufacturing environment.

• Check shadow boards and ensure a clean and safe work area.
• Maintain a clean area.
• Track production according to the production schedule. 
• Check random parts coming off each machine to ensure that scrap is caught quickly.

• Education - High School Education preferred
• Manufacturing experience - 1 year required - 3 years preferred

• While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
