Shift Hours: 5:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday (occasional Saturdays)

Compensation: $18 - $19 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our 1st shift team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in operating machinery within a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment. As a Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in the production process, ensuring that machinery runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain machinery in accordance with GMP standards.
Set up machines at the beginning of the shift to ensure proper working order.
Monitor machine operations to detect issues and make adjustments as needed.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery.
Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications.
Follow all safety protocols and company policies during machine operation.
Record and report production data, including output and any discrepancies.
Assist in troubleshooting machinery issues and coordinate repairs when necessary.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a machine operator in a GMP environment.
Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and machine operation procedures.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays as required.
