Role
As a Machine Operator (also known as Equipment Technician, Production Machine Operator), you'll be part of a dynamic team in a company specializing in manufacturing steel wire and cable-related products. Your key duties will include meeting shift output goals, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment, operating machines, and maintaining quality control. You'll also be responsible for generating correct identification tags, making minor machine repairs, and accurately reporting production data.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in machine setups for production runs.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and other support software.
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 100 pounds, balance, bend, stoop or kneel, climb, push/pull and squat, or crouch.
