Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery used in the production process.


• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.


• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.


• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.


• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.

Requirements:

• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions.


• Mechanical aptitude to understand and operate machinery.


• Computer aptitude to navigate basic software and input data.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Willingness to work any shift including day, second, and night shifts.


• Capable of lifting 20 - 60 pounds.


• Proficiency in reading a tape measure in both millimeters and inches.
