Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Overview: Operate semi-automated material cutting and\or spreading equipment. Process all spreads though the cutting machine and offload all cut parts in a timely manner. Measure and cut fabric at a sufficient pace to keep the cutter working continuously. Lay fabrics according to the marker info and established spreading guidelines.
Essential Job Functions:
- Operate semi-automated material cutting and spreading equipment
- Input production data into computer
- Input material data into computer
- Offload cut parts from conveyor
- Process markers following priorities set on your inbox
- Gathering material from inventory location or from material handler
- Measuring material and preparing table for cutting
- Operate lift to load rolls of material into equipment
- Follow all guidelines for equipment preventative maintenance
- Follow all safety guidelines
- Properly identify face vs. back of material, material flaws or defects and shading differences
- Work closely with other team members to ensure output goals are met
Non-Essential Job Functions:

Training: Necessary training will be provided on the job.
Qualifications:
Education & Certifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience: 1 year in a manufacturing environment preferred

Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for duration of day, walk frequently, and turn as needed
Working Conditions: Plant environment with constant background noise
