Machine Operator/ Assembler - Agile Staffing, Inc

Job Summary
Employee will be working in the city of Tustin,

Shift:

Monday - Friday 7:00am- 3:30pm OT as needed

Duties / Requirements

• - Basic computer office skills, Office 365…etc.
• - Communication skills, phone, email, employee to employee.
• - Critical thinking skills to troubleshoot issues on machines.
• - Routine Maintenance, remove, dismantle, clean, install and package for shipment.
• - Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• - Ability to read technical manuals.
• - Operational ability on pneumatic tools, general maintenance tools to perform corrective maintenance.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Experience working in an assembly line or manufacturing facility is preferred.
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for assembly tasks.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, including forklift operation, is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, or schematics.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
