Machine Operator / Assembler
- Location: Brea
- Pay Rate: $19-$20/hr
- Schedule: Monday - Friday (2:30pm-11pm)
- Temp To Hire
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned).
- Responsible for setup of surface mount processes utilizing automated equipment and hand assembly
- Perform routine SMT equipment setup, operation, adjustments, load and change feeders
- Understand the control panels and indicators while also replenishing supplies and components
- Ensure processes and equipment remain acceptable within company manufacturing standards and AS9100 requirements
- Comprehend and follow instructions, read and understand blueprints
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area
- Understands rules and requirements for proper handling of electronic components: Electrostatic Static Discharge (ESD)
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in electronics assembly manufacturing or similar manufacturing industry operating machinery preferred
- Ability to interpret work instructions, count accurately, and high attention to detail
TECHNICAL SKILLS
*1 year of AS9100 experience preferred
Benefits Package:
- Quarterly bonus. Long as we hit our goals, an employee can receive 3% of their Quarterly earnings as a bonus.
- Annual performance and merit reviews at the end of each year. New rates are effective Jan 1 the next year.
- 4% 401K match program. No vesting period. After being on payroll for 30 days, automatic enrollment at 4% with company match.
- Anthem (only) for benefits. Benefits are effective the 1st month after hire.
