Machine Operator - LMC Industries

Hiring for 1st/2nd/3rd shifts.

LMC Industries, Inc is seeking a Plastics Machine Operator to join our innovative team.

We won't ask you to work different shifts and hours! Must be able to work Monday - Friday and select weekends for overtime.

Job Overview:

This is an entry-level position in our plastics plant. This candidate must be able to run assembly machines, produce quality products efficiently with little scrap, and package products coming off of a machine press to be shipped.

Daily Duties:

• Package quality product in accordance with posted quality standard.
• Inspect product to ensure quality and packaging requirements are met.
• Detect and report parts not meeting specifications.
• Complete daily production reports.
• Approve product for removal to the finished goods warehouse to be shipped.
• Perform necessary operations to attain specific quality standards using box cutters, tape gun, hand pallet jack, and knives in a safe, efficient method.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be able to remain on feet for entire shift.
• Basic Reading and Math
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work overtime on weekends when required.
