Machine Operator (3rd Shift) - Anderson|Biro Staffing

Anderson|Biro Staffing is currently hiring for a leading manufacturing company known for their commitment to quality and innovation. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Operator to join our Westlake team and contribute to our continued success.

Job Duties:

• Will be required to efficiently set up and operate Cut to Length Line to produce quality products in a safe manner.
• Responsible for cutting and leveling aluminum, stainless steel, and Galvan.
• Monitor specifications for width, length, squareness, and gauge.
• Responsible for cutting blanks of material to different sizes per customer specifications and tolerances.
• CTL operator will be required to effectively identify any imperfections in the metal.
• Must able to be multi task and successfully oversee entire CTL operation.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with tooling and machine setup as related to CNC cutting machines is a plus
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to work in standing/walking position in excess of eight hours a day.
• Good working knowledge of math and geometry
• Demonstrates verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with other people.
• Basic computer skills.
