Machine Operator - 2nd & 3rd Shift at Natoli Engineering Company, Inc.

2nd & 3rd shift Machine Operators needed!

Seeking motivated individuals who want to grow in an industry and are willing to work overtime. Machine operator with the ability to run manufacturing equipment in a production shop. We offer continuous training to those who seek a career in the manufacturing field.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00/hr 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inspect equipment before starting the shift or a job
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift
• Review work order instructions
• Log into and out of barcode system for every order
• May run manual machines
• Inspect each part using inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, head gauges, etc)
• This list is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employees may perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Be willing to move and be trained among a wide variety of machines as workload demands
• Ability to read blueprints is preferred
• Perform basic shop math

EXPERIENCE:

• Previous shop experience preferred but not required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Physical Effort: Work requires standing, stooping, bending, and reaching, ability to lift handle and carry trays weighing up to 50 lbs.
