Key Qualifications, Skills and Characteristics:
Two-year degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology or related field of study desired, along with 2+ years’ service experience with electronics, mechanical, hydraulics and/or electrical. Experience with Topcon, Trimble, or Leica technology preferred.
Technical / mechanical aptitude with the ability and desire to learn new technologies and become knowledgeable and proficient in working with world-class construction and survey-related products.
Must be a dependable, motivated self-starter with a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and service orientation.
Good communications skills to effectively deal with people face-to-face, on the telephone, and via e-mail.
PC skills in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer. Will be required to learn Bramco computer systems, software applications and reporting processes.
Ability to research, locate, attend, and successfully complete factory-sponsored courses and programs, online classes and tutorials, and other such educational opportunities. The purpose is to enhance the technical knowledge and professional development of the person in this role, and to maintain warranty repair status for all products offered by Bramco.
Must be able to act with empathy for our Customers, understanding their needs and responding in a manner that meets or exceeds their expectations and serves their best interests.

Some overnight travel for manufacturers' training events will be required.
