Mac IT Support - Alexander Technology Group

Alexander Technology Group is currently seeking a qualified Mac IT Support specialist for our client in Danvers MA. Requirements include:
1+ year of prior IT experience, includes working on a college helpdesk 
Strong Mac troubleshooting skills 
Printer maintenance and repair experience
Microsoft Office troubleshooting experience
Strong A/V troubleshooting skills 
Basic Network troubleshooting

Requirements:
Prefers an Associates or Bachelors Degree in Information Technology
CompTIA A+ is a nice to have
Customer service driven attitude, well organized, and independent worker
