Job Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans centered around the patient's needs.
Administer Psychotherapy practices utilizing various modalities such as CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing, alongside proper Psychopharmacology prescribing practices.
Prescribe and refill medications with careful consideration for patient well-being.
Provide clinical support and counseling to a diverse patient population in a telehealth setting.
Maintain a weekly average standard of 50 patients through sessions of 25 or 45 minutes each.
Coach patients on managing ongoing health conditions and guide them in making positive behavior changes.
Offer crisis intervention and counseling for emotional and behavioral problems.
Ensure compliance with clinical standards and thorough documentation of session notes.
Participate in supervision groups, trainings, and organizational meetings.
Foster a friendly work culture that promotes collaboration, continuous learning, and individual well-being.
Fulfill other related role and team function duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Nursing
Licensure in Massachusetts as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) / Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and Registered Nurse (RN)
PMHNP Certification
Valid DEA License
Minimum of one year of post-licensure experience practicing Psychotherapy
Proficiency in concurrent documentation within patient sessions
Experience in an Outpatient setting and with telehealth/telemedicine
Familiarity with Psychotherapy modalities (CBT, DBT, etc.)
Competence in electronic health records (EHR) software
Ability to diagnose, plan treatment, and educate patients
Strong interpersonal skills for multi-disciplinary teamwork and patient support
