Position Overview:
Responsible for working with store team members to ensure a consistent brand experience and provide excellent service to all customers. Works closely with all team members to effectively implement and maintain evsie visual brand expectations, freight processing and backroom organization. Time spent on key responsibilities will vary based on store and staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Visual Brand Expectations
Assists in the planning and executing of visual direction and floor sets according to company standards and in a timely manner.
Implements and makes adaptations to visual direction based on current store inventory, new freight, and store architecture while maintaining visual standards and brand expectations.
Supports management team in implementation of visual updates throughout the week including sale changes, refreshing shops and mannequins, merchandise replenishment, markdowns, and window changes.
Freight Processing
Utilizes all company resources to ensure freight is processed and placed on the sales floor according to company standards.
Store and Backroom organization and cleanliness
Assists in general store maintenance.
Ensures entire backroom is clean, organized, free from clutter, and merchandise is easily accessible. Including signing, props, and extra fixtures.
Assists in fitting room recovery, including placement of merchandise back to the sales floor, and helps prep/process transactions at cash wrap when needed.
Contributes to the team by:
Reacting quickly and communicating with team members regarding customer and store activity needs, supports selling floor activity as needed (e.g., cashier, runner, etc.).
Being inclusive, positive, and treating all team members with respect
Engaging team members
Being receptive to feedback from others and making timely changes
Leads and contributes to the brand experience by:
Setting daily goals, determining, and assigning tasks, and motivating the team
Ensuring work is accomplished on time, thoroughly, and according to company standards
Supporting the development of the team by coaching and providing timely open, honest, and direct feedback
Recognizing and celebrating associate service interactions and recognizes “Love Notes” delivered through our Customer First Survey
Demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning through participation in field training programs
Exercising good judgment and demonstrating professionalism
Representing the company’s current image
Opens and closes the store according to company standards.
Consistently works scheduled shifts and maintains a flexible schedule to meet store needs. Is reliable and dependable.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures, safety practices and asset protection procedures.
Work Experience and education requirements
High School Degree or GED preferred.
Customer service experience preferred.
Unique/Physical Requirements
Work varied hours/days as business dictates
Able to reach, push, pull, stand, squat and bend for up to 8 hours or longer as necessary.
Able to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store
Able to operate computerized register system
Able to move or handle merchandise throughout the store weighing up to 50 pounds
