Lilly has initiated end to end simplification and Digitalization of Tech Transfer from development to Commercial Manufacturing at Lilly. This is part of a broader set of enterprise-wide programs focused on enabling unprecedented company growth and delivery of new modalities serving patients around the world.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your primary role as Global M&Q Product Manager, Tech at Lilly is implementing Digital Tech Transfer initiative. In this role, you will provide Program Technical leadership with our Manufacturing sciences portfolio and governance. You will lead Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). As a Technology leader you will see opportunities to digitalize Tech Transfer, Process Monitoring strategy in enabling new technologies. You will partner with your peer leaders, Manufacturing Sciences leadership, deliver the MQ digital transformation programs in TSMS. You will have a leadership role in coaching the Technology team, resources.

- Must have a combination of technical and soft skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive technology agenda with Manufacturing sciences and Sites.
- Technical leadership in implementing Process and Product monitoring technologies, Process Health, Annual product reviews
- Must have a strong understanding of corporate computer system validation requirements according to Lilly Quality Standards, providing technical guidance to the global and site teams ensuring quality of operations and deliverables.
- Must communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, influence decision making at all leadership levels, adept at networking and building strong professional relationships.
- Proactively monitor and stay abreast of evolving business and technology trends, in the realm of Digital Manufacturing. Continuously seek out innovative approaches to enhance our processes.
- Experience with cGMP regulations, Data Integrity requirements in a highly regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of Tech Transfer process in GMP Manufacturing, operational readiness, Global QC methods transfer, System Validation.
- Leverage an agile mindset and framework for the entire lifecycle.
- Implementation of Standards in PLM, Data standards, enabling AI agents in Tech Transfer process, Technology Packages.
- Must have Tech acumen in working with Technology Vendor partners and Product Management
- Understand Technology Product model, Product driven methodology in delivering Product though entire product lifecycle
- Coach and mentor team members on best practices and standards.
What You Should Bring
- Experience with Tech Transfer processes, Lab Processes, Tech Transfer Standardization
- Re-Imagine the entire Tech Transfer process from initiation through Post Tech Transfer Process optimization
- Must have Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) knowledge
- Development of AI agents, AI/ML technologies, digital product and process knowledge models leveraging GenAI
- Experience with Good Manufacturing and laboratory Practices with demonstrated experience in computer system validations efforts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and articulate complex technical concepts.
- Experience working with modern technology stack including cloud-based solutions, Artificial Intelligence.
- Additional Experience in the following would be preferred but not required:
- QbDvision PLM, MES in Manufacturing and Quality
- AI in Manufacturing
- ISA Standards for integrations
- Lab systems integration and exchange
Your Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related technical field.
- With a minimum of 7+ years in IT leadership, Program Manager roles, Quality and Manufacturing strategies driving strategic initiatives and fostering team growth.
- Relevant leadership experience leading, delivering and/or supporting enterprise IT platforms within a highly regulated industry

- Passion for working on a team from diverse backgrounds and geographies.
