POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are currently looking for a talented and motivated M&A Business Developer to join our high-performing team. The Ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial markets, corporate finance, and financial analysis as well as have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's growth strategy through the identification, evaluation, and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. You will work closely with our CEO to analyze potential opportunities, conduct due diligence, and contribute to the development of comprehensive integration plans.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source M&A opportunities
• Lead generation and prospecting
• Initial screening and qualification of targets
• Build and maintain industry relationships
• Market and competitor analysis
• Coordinate with internal teams
• Initial due diligence support
• Maintain deal pipeline and CRM
• Prepare acquisition proposals
• Represent the company at industry events
• Report on acquisition opportunities
• Support negotiation preparation

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

• CFA/ FMVA qualification OR
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• US GAAP
• Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions, business development or corporate development within BPO sector.
• Global market knowledge,
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
• problem-solving skills,
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and strong organizational skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
