We are currently seeking a talented and experienced M&A Attorney to join our growing practice. We are a leading law firm specializing in corporate law, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions. Our dynamic team is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to clients across various industries.
Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have a solid background in M&A transactions and a strong understanding of corporate law. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on all aspects of M&A transactions, including due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and documentation.
- Draft and review purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, and related transaction documents.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis related to M&A matters.
- Collaborate with clients, investment bankers, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and legal developments affecting M&A.
- Represent clients in negotiations and assist in the closing of transactions.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions or corporate law.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
