Title: The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT)

Job Duties: The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) provides direct nursing care to the clients according to physicians' orders and applicable client care standards, within their scope of practice. The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) will provide direction to non-licensed personnel in providing direct client care and operation of the unit.

Schedule:

AM – 7am- 3.30pm
PM – 3pm – 11.30pm
NOC – 11pm – 7.30am
On-Call

All staff contribute some weekend availability.

Qualifications:

Current licensure in California as an LPT or LVN
Previous experience in mental health nursing preferred.
Current CPR and first aid certifications.
Knowledge of DBT, WRAP and Psychosocial Rehabilitation Principals preferred

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range:

$37—$41 USD
