The License Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing a safe environment for basic patient care under the supervision of a Physician or Registered Nurse (RN). Acts as team leader to provide nursing care in accordance with the plan of care to assigned residents, including medications and treatment administration, documentation and other therapeutic interventions.
Maintains order during shift, including supervising resident aides, medication technicians and monitoring the appropriate care.

Requirements:
· One year of experience in Acute or Skill Nursing facility
· Successful completion of LPN & current OH state License
· BLS certification
