The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) will work under the supervision of registered nurses, providing basic and advanced patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and developing care plans.

Responsibilities:

• Implement nursing care and document positive patient outcomes.
• Perform independent nursing functions per established guidelines.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Coordinate communication among patients, staff, and physicians.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Valid LVN/LPN registration in the state of practice.
