LVN - Hospice of San Angelo (TX, San Angelo) - West Texas Rehabilitation Center

This position provides skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Participates in interdisciplinary care. The LVN position requires good listening and communication skills, along with the capability in assimilating seemingly unrelated activities into a cohesive whole structure. Organization and planning is necessary, along with the ability to explain plans and goals to others. There is a need for knowledge and understanding of hospice policies, procedures, and philosophies.
