Job Summary
As a LVN Charge Nurse, provide patient care within designated units. Perform assessments, contribute to care plans, and document patient changes.You'll supervise nursing care efforts. Assign tasks to other personnel. Ensure quality care delivery accountability. Take corrective action when necessary.

- Administer clinical assessments with reasoning. Identify, prioritize patient needs. Develop, implement, evaluate nursing plan. Modify plan for outcomes.
- Participate in the initiatives aimed at improving the quality and performance of our healthcare services.
- Create a therapeutic and conducive environment for patients, their families, and our staff.
- Tailor the care plan to accommodate the unique differences of each patient and their family.
- Act on behalf of patients in addressing concerns of an ethical and clinical nature.
- Facilitate learning opportunities not only for patients and their families but also for our nursing staff and the community.
- Work in partnership with colleagues and the community to execute an integrated care plan.
- Utilize resources wisely to resolve potential issues for patients, their families, and our staff.
- Take part in staffing processes and contribute to the professional development of peers.
What Will Make You Successful In The Role
- Knowledge of laws and regulations, and certification standards. Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care ethics is helpful.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are necessary.
- Proficiency in computers is essential for documentation and communication in clinical settings.

Qualifications
- Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent education level.
- Pursued or obtained major in Nursing.
- A minimum of (2) two years' prior experience required in relevant field.
- You need to be a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
- Holds a Basic Life Support certificate, or can obtain one within the first 30 days upon starting the role.
