Location: Laredo, TX
Job Type: Contract
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Remote, possibility of in-person
Pay: $18.71/hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in telehealth biannual assessments, and perform in-person assessments as needed if in the area.
• Complete assigned tasks and document findings accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Conduct follow-up calls to members to address concerns and provide updates.
• Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN): Required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years preferred.
• Bilingual: Preferred (Spanish-English).
