Position: Real Estate Agent

Rent Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between landlords and tenants to secure favorable lease agreements that satisfy both parties.
Documentation: Assist clients in navigating through essential rental paperwork while ensuring adherence to legal mandates.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with landlords, tenants, and team members to foster a culture of trust and collaboration.
Sales Negotiation: Serve as the seller's representative during negotiations with prospective buyers, striving to secure optimal terms of sale.
Communication: Keep sellers abreast of market dynamics, sales progress, and feedback garnered from property viewings.
Closing the Deal: Guide sellers through the intricacies of the closing process, ensuring meticulous compliance with all legal and financial requisites.
Requirements:
Proven track record as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson.
Aptitude for independent work coupled with outstanding interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and communication.
Warm demeanor and unwavering reliability.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Mandatory possession of a driving license
Experience with CRM software
Fluency in multiple languages
Local candidates preferred
