Responsibilities:

- Property Showings: Conduct informative and engaging property tours, showcasing the unique attributes and advantages of each rental property.
- Rent Negotiation: Mediate discussions between landlords and tenants to secure mutually beneficial lease agreements.
- Documentation: Assist clients in completing necessary rental paperwork while ensuring adherence to legal protocols.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong rapport with landlords, tenants, and team members, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.
- Sales Negotiation: Advocate for sellers during negotiations with potential buyers, striving for optimal sale terms.
- Communication: Keep sellers abreast of market trends, sale progress, and feedback from property viewings.
- Closing the Deal: Guide sellers through the closing process, ensuring all legal and financial obligations are met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or salesperson.
- Strong interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in sales, negotiation, and communication.
- Approachable and reliable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Valid driver's license.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Proficiency in multiple languages.
- Local candidates preferred.
