The ideal applicant has at least two years of experience with Acura, BMW, Mercedes, Land Rover, or Lexus.
Candidates should have auto sales experience, know how to interact effectively with customers and know how to use CRM tools. They must also have excellent customer service skills, enthusiasm, energy, a positive attitude, and drive. Candidates should also have strong telephone and computer skills to use our CRM tools. We want to hire only the best, so you must pass background, DMV, and drug screenings.

Our team sells both new and pre-owned vehicles!
Full-time employees are eligible for medical benefits after 90 days of employment.
Responsibilities
- Helps customers with vehicle selection and promotes model options and features, value-added products and services, and purchase and finance options following dealership policies.
- Conducts vehicle test drives and ensures all speed limits. All other rules of the road are followed.
- Negotiates sale closure in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion
- Helps facilitate delivery by providing a clear explanation of the vehicle and operation features, warranty, and servicing requirements.
- Maintains accurate sales documentation
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions
- Attends all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required
- Helps educate/train new staff members
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 2 years New car or used car sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, co-workers, management, and others
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be a "people person" but still know how to control the deal
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Has not bounced from job to job
- Must have an excellent attendance record and a commitment to being on time
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be able to combine customer service skills with a strong close
- Must have a valid and clean NY state driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
