Please note: Only candidates with a deep understanding of the luxury automotive market and a track record of professional success in this realm can be considered for this position. In other words, candidate MUST have experience selling ultra-luxury vehicles. This is a performance based customer development position, and the estimated based compensation is between $85K - $100K, but the compensation at sales plan is well over $300K+.

This is a performance based customer development position, and the estimated based compensation is between $85K - $100K, but the compensation at sales plan is well over $300K+.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage your knowledge of luxury automobiles to identify and engage potential customers, developing effective strategies to convert leads into sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and promoting customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving sales.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements in the luxury automotive sector, leveraging this knowledge to identify potential business opportunities.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers, utilizing your extensive knowledge of luxury automobiles and the technology industry.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of our luxury automotive products, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Regularly report on sales performance and customer feedback, utilizing this information to develop strategies for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury car sales, customer development, and marketing.
- Extensive knowledge of luxury automobiles, including their features, benefits, and the technology that powers them.
- Proven track record in prospecting and converting leads into sales.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a passion for building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of the technology industry, particularly as it relates to luxury automobiles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and customer feedback to develop effective strategies for improvement.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements in the luxury automotive sector.
