Luray - Experienced Ford Service Technician - Marlow Automotive Group

Marlow Ford is seeking a seasoned service technician to join the team. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies
• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehicles
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers if any additional service is needed.  Complete online multi-point inspection report
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications, documenting the story, capturing images, and taking videos of vehicle work

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have at least 4 years of experience as an auto technician
• Have knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
• Must be a fast learner
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Must be a team player
• Must be computer literate
• Should be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have a High School Diploma
