What’s Expected
As a Store Manager, you are responsible for overseeing, evaluating, and directing the activities of the shop. The Team Manager should have a proven track record of team motivation and displaying excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with both the team and with guests. The Shop Manager monitors sales and controllable costs, enforces staffing, policies, and procedures, meets sales targets and new product rollouts. The Store Manager monitors and supervises a team of Lube Technicians, Guest Experience Providers (GXP, Team Leads and Assistant Store Managers to meet the Lube X-press Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure the Lube X-press Brand Standard is delivered consistently to our guests. The Shop Manager collaborates with the District Manager and the Director of Operations to increase sales volume and regularly audits the shop to preserve consistent company brand standards.
- Evaluate customers’ needs, working quickly and efficiently.
- Contribute to a fun team atmosphere.
- Master products, services, and company knowledge
- Extensive knowledge of our (POS) system to include but not limited to generating product and services recommendations based on year, make, model, and current mileage of guest’s vehicle.
- Deliver high-quality guest services to include greeting, presentation of vehicle recommendations, and cashing out the gust for all products and services on the invoice.
- Complete classroom training, computer-based training, and on-the-job training within assigned timeframes.
- Adhere and enforce all policy and company standards.
- Perform supervisory functions to include but are not limited to scheduling, performance appraisals, coaching, development.
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
What’s Required
- Active Valid Driver’s License
- 1-3 Years in Leadership Role Preferred
- You are friendly and ready to work as part of a customer-focused team.
- Have an eagerness to learn.
- You can occasionally lift to 50 pounds.
- Ability to operate all shop equipment required to conduct all inspections, services, and courtesies within the Lube X-press product and service offering.
- Can stand for extended periods of time and climb stairs.
- English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
