Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in WV
• Minimum 1 year of long-term health care experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Proficient in computer skills, including Word and spreadsheets
• Current CPR certification
• Physically able to perform nursing duties
• Must pass background checks and drug screening

Responsibilities:

• Administer care in a long-term care setting under RN supervision
• Participate in patient care delivery and evaluation
• Ensure patient health, comfort, and safety
• Utilize experience and judgment to achieve goals
• Perform various tasks under general supervision
